About
Sari Mattila (Ph.D., MSSc., CP)
I AM philosophical practitioner, psychodramatist, and organisational behavior and development enthusiast. My passion is in creating transformation by working with individuals, groups, and organisations using creative tools, conscious and unconscious processes, and applied process work approach. Nature, art, animals, and human interactions (not always in this order) kindle my fire. I believe in human potential and the power of thinking, feeling, and acting. Currently I am part of the International Society for Psychoanalytic Study of Organisations (ISPSO), Philosophical Institute Finland (Filosofinen Instituutti), and Philosophical Health International (PHi).
