WOMACTION is five workshop program based on the idea of learning by creating experiences. There are no lectures, PowerPoints, literature studies or tests. Together we create a support group that makes our unconscious processes visible and create the opportunity for transformation.

The main task and purpose of this program is to provide opportunities to investigate and learn about how women use, practice and connect their leadership and creativity, in order to create opportunities for change and development.

The program is for any woman who has leadership or managerial roles in organizations, or is simply curious to learn, in a creative way, about their own development and transformation.
